Future Cities – Visions of Our City

We are living in the urban age. Cities house our businesses, citizens, and feed our economies. Two billion more people will be added to the world’s cities between now and 2050. Over the next 30 years, a renewed global system of connected and trading cities is being set in train with 600 leading cities, 30 mega regions, and 15 large metropolitan cities, all integrated by new routes and corridors, advanced mobility, and deep digital connectivity.

HSBC’s Voices of our City series explores the dynamics of some of MENAT’s largest metropolis, their history, the present day and how they will evolve in the coming years. This series covers:
