You can now easily update your business contact information on HSBCnet

Keeping this information updated ensures that HSBC can contact you when it’s most important.

What details can you update?

  1. Office mailing address and telephone number
  2. Primary and secondary contact person details (including name, mobile telephone, and email)
  3. For high-value transactions, alternative contact person details (primary and secondary)

What do I need to do?

  1. Log onto HSBCnet
  2. Go to the Message Centre
  3. Create a new message
  4. From the drop-down options, select:
    • From Location, select the location of the entity that requires a change in contact details
    • From Account Number, choose any of the accounts corresponding to the entity that requires updating
    • From Category, select ‘Account Services’
    • From Message Type, select ‘Business Contact Update’
  5. Complete the template and submit
  6. To ensure the security of your data, an Authorised User will need to log onto HSBCnet to approve the submission

System Administrators can grant permission to any User requiring access to the following message types: ‘Message Centre – Other request types.’
